Curb Appeal?
Bedford, NH
The street-facing side of this home had been re-done by the previous owners to give it some curb appeal and help with selling. The condition of the rest of the home is apparent in the photos. What's less apparent is the badly deteriorated condition of the 3-season sunroom. It was rotting off the home.
We tore apart and rebuilt the sunroom, stripped and replaced the siding and rotten trim, installed all new windows throughout the home, and installed a new bulkhead. The difference is dramatic.
Only the front of the home had been re-sided to add curb appeal and aid in selling.
