This was the original second floor guest bath in this 1990s Bedford condo, complete with glued-on mirror and glamour lights!

We removed everything down to the subfloor except for the shower. A new LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) floor went down. Our client's painter removed the wallpaper and painted the walls, ceiling and trim.

We installed new baseboard, a new vanity, medicine cabinet, light fixture, exhaust fan and towel bars. We also replaced the door with a more elegant style which our client is phasing into the whole house.
