Exterior Work
Decks
The most frequent deck project request we get is for remodeling existing decks with composite decking and/or railings. We can also build your dream deck, expand the one you have, repair damage or problems, or paint/refinish your wood deck. Here are some of the projects we have completed. What to expect...
Remodeling a small or simple deck with new composite deck boards, PVC trim and vinyl railings will typically start in the $6,000-$10,000 range and go up dramatically from there depending on size, complexity and materials chosen.
Our new deck builds start at $30,000.00 for maintenance-free materials (we no longer offer pressure-treated decks) and the sky's the limit from there.
To keep things in perspective, understand that many of the decks seen in magazines and on TV are $100,000+ projects.
Stairs
Another common job we do is building exterior stairs, or replacing them with new, composite components. Clients add doors where there wasn't one, add stairs to decks where there was no egress to the yard, or just replace old stairs with new ones. Click "View Gallery" to see some of our projects.
Siding
Repair or replace. Vinyl, clapboard, tongue-&-groove, etc.
Windows
Repair or replace. Add a new window or eliminate an existing window. Image Contracting offers high-quality new and replacement windows such as Harvey® and Pella® among others.
Doors
Repair or replace. Add a new door or eliminate an existing door. Image Contracting offers high-quality new and replacement doors such as Harvey® and Pella® among others.
Exterior Trim
Image Contracting repairs a lot of exterior trim. Window and door trim, window sills, fascia and rake boards, corner boards, door kick boards, etc. We most frequently replace existing wood trim with maintenance free options such as PVC (Azek® is one brand).
Roofing
Repairs, replacements and new installations.
