The fascia and rake boards on this ranch were badly rotted. We replaced all the fascia, rake boards and shadow boards with maintenance-free PVC boards. (We also installed a double-downspout gutter on the front of the home.)

Window Trim
Bedford, NH
This was a big job. This was a custom colonial in Bedford, NH, but the builder had cut a lot of corners. Almost all of the window trim around the home was badly rotted. We replaced any rotten wood trim with maintenance-free PVC, replaced several window sills with PVC, and replaced numerous other rotten trim components around the home.
