This is a typical "professional office condo" space. It was an existing physical therapy office that had been in business for many years. The owner had a vision for taking his business to the next level and the current space needed to be completely reconfigured. He wanted a large, open area for the space he needed for the movement and exercises used to help patients recover from their injuries.  He also wanted the space to add additional therapists who could work together with several clients at a time in the same area. All this needed to result in a professional, polished look.

We removed 4 individual offices, a closet and the kitchen area. We reconfigured 3 other office spaces by moving doors and adding dividing walls. The end result realized and actually exceeded our client's expectations. He has become a personal client and we also now do small jobs and repairs around the office. He keeps us updated that his business has been completely transformed and is doing quite well.
