After removing everything, we installed a new tile floor, new baseboard, new toilet, new vanity and faucet. We added the chair-rail trim and painted the walls below it white. We also added crown moulding. Our clients actually installed the amazing owl wallpaper (which they said they will never attempt again!). We replaced the stained glass window with simple frosted glass. We finished it all off with a new light fixture and super-cool mirror.
